- Implementing and enforcing lodge policies and procedures related to housekeeping.
Budget Management:
- Monitoring expenses related to housekeeping operations.
- Providing input into budget planning and cost control measures.
Training and Development:
- Conducting training sessions for housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Promoting a positive and productive work environment within the housekeeping team.
Communication:
