Daily register keeping of driver attendance, schedule off time, leave days and arrange relief driver placements.
Recruitment of drivers from shortlisting CVs, reference/criminal checks etc to onboarding and placement.
Issuing and recording of PPE to drivers/yard staff.
General administration and issuing if disciplinary actions.
Scheduling and booking of required training for drivers; keeping record of training.
Handling driver salaries - issuing payslips, solving payroll queries and keeping all related admin up to date.
Ad hoc record keeping of birthdays, personal info, licences, PDPs etc.
REQUIREMENTS
South African Citizen
Fluency in English and Afrikaans (Highly Advantageous)
Code B drive3r's license and own transport
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
Certificate in HR Administration
Computer Literate (Word/Excel)
Experience with bargaining councils
Experience in Payroll
Experience in recruitment
CAPABILITIES & COMPETENCIES
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Detail oriented, organised and resourceful
Adept in priorities and multitasking
Ability to enforce and ensure adherence to workforce rules
