Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for the manufacturing industry? Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions especially Employment Equity & Sklls Development. Collect and manage Employment Equity data Handle Employment Equity submissions and facilitate EE meetings Collect and manage MerSETA data Use MerSETA NSDMS and facilitate related meetings and skills development training Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including MEIBC, BCEA, and LRA Draft and issue disciplinary warnings Maintain knowledge and use of Excel and Office applications Draft and manage HR policies and procedures Maintain both electronic and hard copy staff files Address factory-level staff queries and liaise with union representatives as needed Understanding of HR policies and procedures Experience in Employment Equity submissions and conducting EE meetings Experience with MerSETA NSDMS, including meetings and skills development training Understanding of MEIBC, BCEA, LRA, and experience in drafting disciplinary warnings Advanced proficiency in Excel and all Office applications Experience in maintaining both electronic and hard copy staff files Experience in handling factory-level staff queries and union interactions Market Related
