Key Requirements Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Must have experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Recruitment and Selection Administering the full administrative process Payroll Administration Submit accurate employee information/changes to payroll Processing terminations with finance Learning & Development Booking and arranging training Maintaining all training records, registers, invoices, and certificates Ensure all administrative processes relating to employment are in line with business policies and processes Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information On-boarding and Off-boarding of employees i.e., ensure smooth process in line with business policies and processes Organize and maintain employee records electronically Loading new employees, managing data, updating any changes for existing employees Assisting with arranging employee wellness and HR projects Administrative support to the business in line with projects and/or ad hoc requests Employee Relations and Compliance Assisting with preparations for any IR matters/processes Ensuring requirements are in place for DOL inspections Ensure that the department/division complies with all the relevant legislation smooth process in line with business policies and processes Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Knowledgeable of HR Online systems and tools Proficient in MS office Knowledgeable of payroll systems; Sage will be advantageous Excellent communication skills Strong organization and multitasking abilities Knowledge of HR policies and Procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary – R 15 500 CTC Apply Now
