Talent acquisition is one of the more well-known functions of any HR department Employee engagement. Performance management. Compensation and benefits. Development and training. Risk management. Audits and legal compliance. Qualification, experience and personal competencies: Qualification College diploma or above Computer literacy (MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook). Extensive knowledge in Human Resources Administration Experience Well-versed in Human Resources with at least 2 years experience. Payroll experience would be advantageous. Fluent in English (read, write & speak). Driver's license/own transport will have preferencial Personal competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
