If so, then we are looking for you The purpose of the role : Responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data to support decision-making processes within the HR department. This role involves managing HR information systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing insights on various HR metrics to improve organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Data Management and Analysis Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from various sources (e.g., employee records, surveys, performance metrics). Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by regularly auditing and updating information. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to HR management and business leaders. HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management Administer and maintain HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements. Reporting and Compliance Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and employee demographics. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory agencies and internal audits. Compensation and Benefits Analysis Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards. Analyze compensation data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures. Support the administration of employee benefits programs and provide analysis on their effectiveness. Talent Management Support Provide analytical support for talent management initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, and employee development. Analyze employee engagement survey results and other feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement. Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives based on data-driven insights. Policy and Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with HR leadership. Provide training and support to HR staff and managers on new processes and systems. Project Management Lead or participate in HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to HR management. Employee Relations Support Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend interventions. Support the resolution of employee relations issues by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations strategies. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HR analyst or similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, advanced Excel skills, and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.
