HR and Payroll Assistant - White River - White River

Minimum requirements:
  • Qualification in Human Resources or relevant field will be an advantage
  • 3 5 years experience as HR Assistant
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of IR will be an advantage
  • Payroll experience required
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Agriseta
  • Implementation of policies and procedures
  • Knowledge on TAX will be an advantage
  • Experience with staff wellbeing and wellness
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Pastel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
