HR and Payroll Manager - Polokwane

Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR and Payroll Manager or similar role within the Hospitality Industry
  • Bachelors degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAGE VIP Payroll Software
  • Strong understanding of HR practices specific to Hotels, Guest Houses, and Lodges
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset
  • Must be able to provide contactable references
  • Be able to provide pay slips on request
Salary Structure:
  • Monthly Salary of up to R 30 000, negotiable based on experience
  • Benefits including Medical Aid and Provident Fund
