Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR and Payroll Manager or similar role within the Hospitality Industry
Bachelors degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAGE VIP Payroll Software
Strong understanding of HR practices specific to Hotels, Guest Houses, and Lodges
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset
Must be able to provide contactable references
Be able to provide pay slips on request
