The HR Manager at our 5-star hotel plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and hotel policies, the HR Manager supports the hotel's mission of delivering exceptional guest experiences through engaged and motivated teams. Recruitment and Staffing : Job Descriptions : Creating and updating job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles within the hospitality establishment. Recruitment : Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Onboarding : Ensuring new hires are properly onboarded and trained. Employee Relations : Conflict Resolution : Handling employee relations issues and conflicts that may arise, ensuring they are resolved promptly and fairly. Employee Engagement : Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Counseling : Providing guidance and counseling to employees on various work-related issues. Compliance and Legal : Policy Development : Developing HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and industry regulations. Legal Compliance : Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations, such as those related to wages, working conditions, and safety. Training and Development : Training Programs : Identifying training needs and organizing training programs to develop employees' skills and knowledge. Career Development : Implementing career development initiatives and succession planning to foster growth within the organization. Performance Management : Performance Reviews : Conducting performance reviews and evaluations to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback. Goal Setting : Assisting managers and employees in setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals. Change Management : Supporting organizational change initiatives and helping employees adapt to changes in the workplace. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
