Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotels goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top hospitality talent.
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure a harmonious work environment.

  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations and hotel standards.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and service excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
