HR Manager - Polokwane
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotels goals.
Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top hospitality talent.
Oversee employee relations and ensure a harmonious work environment.
Administer performance management and employee development programs.
Maintain compliance with labor regulations and hotel standards.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Foster a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and service excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
