Reference: NEL011491-SH-1 Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant for a fixed-term contract at their Hoedspruit location. The ideal candidate will assist the HR Officer in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, record keeping, and compliance with legislative requirements. Qualifications and Experience: - Matric - Studying towards or possessing a qualification in human resource management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field would be ideal. - At least 1-3 years' experience as an assistant. - Experience working within an operational environment would be advantageous. Skills and Competencies: - Knowledge of relevant labour legislation. - Good computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills. - Good interpersonal and communication skills.
