Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric
- Studying towards or possessing a qualification in human resource management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field would be ideal.
- At least 1-3 years experience as an assistant.
- Experience working within an operational environment would be advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of relevant labour legislation.
- Good computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
