Ensure employees have the right skills, tools and environment to perform their jobs to the best of their ability. Ensure the performance management process is implemented and adhered to, employees know what is expected of them, have both personal and organisational goals to work towards. Monitor and evaluate organisational structure optimisation. Provide coaching and education to employees and management regarding relevant HR related policies, procedures and compliance. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. Drive effective communication channels at all levels to ensure employees are informed. Represent HR at the relevant and respective Management meetings and forums. Ensure employees are compensated fairly in line with the remuneration principals. Analyse information e.g. VIP/ SAGE reports and identify trends and patterns and translate into business intelligence. Weekly and monthly reporting is done to team. Develop initiatives that ensure employees are committed to the organization's climate, goals, objectives and values. Review monthly payroll Support and drive the Learning and Development initiatives for the Commercial section. Minimum Requirements: Human Resources and/or Industrial Psychology related tertiary qualification 7 years HR related experience Experience working in a Commercial environment Driver's License Strong MS Office Skills Extensive knowledge of Labour Legislation and IR processes Sound understanding of Skills Development Basic knowledge of payroll Skills Required: Professional HR expertise Self-Starter Analytical Deadline conscious Excellent communication skills across all levels Problem solving ability High energy levels Team player
