Capturing of credit notes. Cashflow forecast reporting. HR Administration which includes but is not limited to: Employment Equity reporting. Skills Development reporting. Timesheets. Leave processing. Administration of contract workers. Administration of any employee detail changes. Arranging team buildings and year end functions. New employee onboarding. IG Staff Voucher administration Vitamin B and Flu shot administration Credit card recons. Managing petty cash recons. Vendor statement recons. New vendor onboarding. Assisting management with tea and coffee for meetings if required. Assist with any administrative tasks that the Operations Manager or Senior Manager may require. Answering the telephones and directing calls to the correct people. BCom Accounting or Financial Management Degree or a similar diploma. 2 Years min experience as a Financial Controller. Maths on HG or Pure Maths. Advanced Excel Skills. Organised. Efficient and deadline driven. Problem solver. Dedicated and committed. Diligent. Willing to put in extra hours when necessary. Accountable. Salary is market related.
