Minimum requirements:

5 years experience as an HR Manager
Knowledge working with Sage Payroll
Working in the mining industry is advantageous
Experience with the Labour Laws
Must be able to represent at the CCMA
Handling disciplinaries and hearings
Handling payroll for up to 150 staff members - weekly wages, time sheets, over time, sick leave and leave pay
HR administration duties, recruiting, drawing up of contracts and documentation
Must be residing within or 30 minutes from the West Rand
