Design and execute PlatiStone's talent strategy that will include talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, development of employees and succession planning. Partner with the company's IT service provider to review and Implement HR digitalisation program. Develop and keep up to date HR policies. Manage and provide leadership on employee/union relationships. Set up processes to assist the business to embrace ever changing business needs. Ensure legal compliance with all employment and related legislation. Drive HR Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Design and implement PlatiStone's transformation strategy. The candidate we are looking for must have the qualifications indicated below: A tertiary degree(s) in Human Resources or related qualification. A Labour Law qualification. At least five years in HR leadership position. Understanding of HR Digitalisation systems. Proficiency in the following computer Applications: Microsoft Office, Sage VIP Payroll. Good understanding of all the applicable labour laws. Exposure in mining / quarrying or aggregates industry will be advantageous. Innovative & Strategic Leadership HR Compliance and Legal knowledge. Good & fast communicator. Applied Project management skills. Decisiveness & Good Business Acumen.
