Requirements: Relevant post-graduate HR, organisational psychology or business degree 5 years' senior HR and OD experience Depth of experience and knowledge of integrated talent management strategies, trends and best practices, preferably in healthcare Has a track record of co-creating and delivering talent and OD interventions that meet business requirements Strong abilities to manage both projects and change Strong abilities to manage both projects and change Must have proven track record on Performance management (End to end development and implementation and launch) Operating Model Employee Engagement (EVP) Ability to create role profiles Skills and Experience Strong in PowerPoint presentations Must be excellent in public speaking and presentations to Exco Must be willing to travel Fast worker Hard working Ability to be a self-starter Proven ability to close out on projects and tasks within agreed time-period The main purpose of this position: To actively partner with business to refresh, align and entrench various processes underpinning the leadership value chain aligned to key business priorities. This includes providing innovation and direction to optimise client's talent landscape, managing People and Culture projects and developing, refining and embedding the operating model with senior leaders. Duties & Responsibilities: Design and deploy talent management strategies, policies, practices and procedures in line with business priorities and growth Lead strategically on the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to on-boarding, retention and off boarding and collaborate, support and partner with leaders across the business to ensure an aligned approach Promote the Client's Leadership Charter and group values together with the executive team as tools to shape company culture Establish benchmarks and develop, commission and oversee surveys, including ensuring service providers deliver what has been promised Continually review employee engagement measures and measurements to ensure objectives are being met Work with L & D Manager and external training providers to develop, implement and measure the value-add of leadership development programmes Design and socialise practices to identify, manage, retain, succession and develop top talent Develop, streamline and co-ordinate robust performance management processes and tools across the group Embark upon and identify opportunities for various CSI initiatives that address the needs of the communities within which we operate Apply Now
