Our client is looking for an HR Officer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various HR functions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Provide advice and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
