If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Our company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Officer and Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:20 PM, and Alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Job Summary As a key member of our HR and Recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and developing top-tier talent for our organization. You'll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process in addition to this, you’ll assist with various HR and administration tasks. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set. In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize innovative strategies to identify and attract top talent through various channels. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate assessments, screen resumes, and coordinate and conduct interviews to ensure a high-quality talent pool. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals. Onboarding and Integration: Assist in the onboarding process, providing a positive and engaging experience for new hires to facilitate seamless integration into the organization. HR Support: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different facets of human resources. Qualifications and Skills Completed Relevant Degree in HR Management or related field. Strong passion for HR and Recruitment with a genuine interest in developing a career in this field. Ability to handle confidential information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at al levels. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively alone or in a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, and time-management skills and a strong work ethic. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and the tenacity to self-learn and assist the HR and Recruitment Department as and when required.
