CORE PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide a supporting and coordinating service to contribute to the wider HR strategy and responsible for performing HRD related administrative functions to support the successful execution and embedding of staff Learning and

Development.

  • Sound knowledge of the ITS system

  • Good knowledge of the structures and functions of NMMU
  • Excellent knowledge of the ProSkillC system

  • The ability to coordinate functions concurrently, although different in nature

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

Matric/Grade 12 plus Diploma/Degree in Human Resources at NQF Level 6

Membership:

None

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience in HR co-ordination or related field.

Advantage:

Postgraduate qualification

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility in working hours will be required to meet demands of the role.
  • Valid and unendorsed Code EB Drivers' License.
