Ensure recruitment of required resources on-time within area of responsibility. Develop and execute a resource plan to meet the needs within area of responsibility. Universirty degree in law,business or social sciences Broad knowledge of Human Capital policies, procedures and systems 3-5 years of relevant Human Capital experience with previous experience as Human Capital Consultant Broad knowlodge fo Human Capital policies, procedures and systems Understanding of project management principles Knowledge of talent and recruitment management FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 6 MONTHS MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATLY SALARY: R65k per month
