Responsibilities: Craft and execute an actionable human capital plan aligned with the company's overarching strategy. Drive continuous improvement across human capital and facilities processes for peak efficiency. Manage payroll and benefits with precision, ensuring compliance and satisfaction. Foster collaboration and skill development within the human capital team. Design and maintain internal service-level agreements to bolster business partnerships. Lead financial stewardship within the human capital domain, including budgeting and cost management. Requirements: A completed Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is mandatory. Proven track record with 4 years' experience in HR management or as a Business Partner. Extensive knowledge and experience in payroll systems and benefits administration. Mastery of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
