Purpose of the role: To Support the OD and HRD Manager predominantly general HR admin support from a Shared Services perspective. Experience working on SAP is a minimum requirement for this role. Responsibilities: Providing administrative and general HR support to the HR team and internal customers. Keeping all documentation, both electronic and physical, up-to-date, properly filed, and backed up with relevant supporting documents. Serving as the first point of contact for all HR administrative queries. Ensuring that SAP HR data and training records are current and accurate. Coordinating training interventions and events, ensuring they are booked, approved, and executed according to established procedures. Maintaining up-to-date SAP records to support accurate and timely reporting. Participating in HR-related projects. Performing ad hoc duties as needed to support the HR department. Grade 12 or Amended Senior Certificate, or National Certificate Vocational Level 4 - HR Related, or technical Matric – N3 (4 technical subjects 2 official languages) Certificate in Human Resources 3 years' experience in a HR environment High level computer literacy (Excel and PowerPoint) SAP HR Experience is a minimum requirement Customer focused and ability to build relationship Excellent planning, organising and follow-up skills High level of attention to detail High level of teamwork and collaboration Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality R340K - R360K per annum (CTC)
