Our client based in Technopark has a new vacancy for a HR administrator. This person will be responsible for the administrative functions within HR. This Hr Administrator will be responsible for administration with regards to: Documenting job descriptions Asist in writing and developing HR policies Prepare contracts of employment Assist in answering HR related questions from employees Assist with ad hoc HR Projects Administrate disciplinary administration including receiving & capturing of warnings and arranging of hearings. Recruitment and Selection administration Induction planning, Onboarding arrangement and administration Exit interview administration All other Hr related admin - The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years HR administration| administration experience - B Com / BA degree or any relevant degree
