Qualifications and Experience
· Diploma required. Degree in Human Resources preferable
· At least 5 to 10 years work experience in a similar role
· People orientated and results driven
· Knowledge in HR systems and databases
· Ability to implement strategy along with leadership skills
· Proven experience in handling labour disputes, conciliation, mediations and arbitration
· Working knowledge of the Seta, grants, levies, learnerships, skills programs and graduate placements
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
· In-depth knowledge of SA labour law and HR best practice
· Enthusiastic and energetic approach to people-related problem solving processes
