An opportunity exists for a Human Resources Officer based in Midrand and reporting to Head of Human Resources. The individual will be responsible for managing the administration of the HR Department, liaise with stakeholders and provide support to all business functions . Compile all reports for Social & Ethics and Board meeting packs accurately and timeously Compiles monthly statistics and co-ordinates the HR Report information for Management Terminations on the Pension and Provident Fund Schemes Benefits administration (Pension/Provident/Medical) Onboarding Administration Provides an advisory service to employees on the company policies and procedures Management of reports and presentations for Employment Equity meetings Responsible for the submission of annual Employment Equity report Manages the BBBEE process Managing the Recruitment Process HR Administration and record keeping Internal client service and query resolution System updating and data integrity Management of the incapacity and disability process Management of the Death benefits process Manages the organization's Performance Management process Manage Internal Audit Grade 12 Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor's Degree) Planning and organizing Service and people skills MS Office and VIP skills Knowledge and understanding Employee Benefits (Retirement Funds and Medical Aid) Min 5 years Human Resources Generalist and Administrative experience Human Resources Policy and Procedure understanding Experience with NBCRFLI advantageous Excellent communication skills both written and verbal A valid code 8 (EB) driver's license and own car.
