Independent Sales Representative Fourways - Fourways

The purpose of the role is to network with and cold call on a targeted list of potential customers, to market and sell a new product, that will provide affordable branding and visibility for their business. Understand the company's products (visibility and reach, benefits and pricing) to present to potential customers as well as address any queries or requests customers may have Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers and build database Develop varying scripts and effective sales techniques to engage customers Contact database of potential leads via networking and cold calling Nurture all leads, follow up and attend to provision of requested information Negotiate and build customer packages (standard or custom) and facilitate deal closure Coordinate ad creative and design work (copy, images, graphics) with suppliers and vendors Continuous engagement with existing customers to build long term relationships (renewal) Send information and maintain contact with potential customers and ask for referrals Collate and communicate customer feedback to the manager to improve products Keep admin up to date, including but not limited to updating pipeline and maintaining detailed customer database Grade 12 Senior Certificate Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a solid track record, preferably in new business development Valid South African driver's license and own reliable vehicle Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and an eye for detail Confidence with networking and reaching out to cold prospects Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to connect with potential customers and close deals Ability to remain pleasant and retain a positive approach with customers Persistent, active listener who can adjust on the go Tenacity in a competitive environment, self-motivated, organised Available immediately Very competitive commission structure from rand one Reasonable sales targets Business expenses will be reimbursed This role is office based in Fourways Growing business with high potential to expand
