An Office Automation company based in Fourways JHB is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. Must have a proven Sales track record drivers licence and own car essential. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in office automation technology. Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that address client requirements and preferences. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities, using CRM software. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to drive synergies and achieve common objectives. Provide feedback and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the office automation or technology industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Market related Basic plus commission. Apply Now
