Our client is a well-established company who has established its niche firmly in the construction and building industry, and home DIY market. They have an opportunity available for an experienced Branch Manager at their Fourways branch. Responsibilities and Duties among others but not limited to include: Maintain good customer relations and serve their rental and sales needs. Manage customer accounts and keep customer payments withing their account terms. Deal with customer complaints and solve customer problems within the framework of the organization. See to all requirements for the branch and premises. Coordinate deliveries and collections. Coordinate breakdowns and replacements. Evaluate opportunities in the market, generate and follow leads when possible. Generate and process customer and supplier related documents, quotes, sales orders, agreements, invoices, applications, payments etc. Manage internal and external communications relating to customers and branch. Manage all aspects relating to stock in the branch. Ensure cleanliness of the branch and machinery. Managing cash-ups and processing customer payments. Maintain accuracy of workshop in the computer system. Open and close store with all security procedures required. Manage and maintain administrative accuracy. Manage staff in the branch. Manage staff from other branches where needed. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Minimum 3 - 5 years proven working experience as a Retail Branch Manager - Essential Minimum of 3 years working experience Managing Staff - Required Previous experience in Construction - Preferred Previous experience managing Stock/Inventory - Required Must be Fluent in Afrikaans and English - Essential Customer Service experience - Essential Very good Administrative skills Good numerical skills Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word etc Matric Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle WORKING HOURS You will be required to work from 07h00 to 17h00 Mondays to Fridays Currently you will be required to work every Saturday from 07h00 to 12h00 until there is suitable stand-in personnel – there after you will work every second Saturday. Additional Saturdays will be remunerated. R15 000-R20 000 per month subject to experience
