As an Industrial Engineer Graduate at our company, you will work closely with an experienced team to support various aspects of operations. Assisting in the design and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes Conducting time studies and analysing production data to identify areas for improvement Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize productivity Supporting the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce waste Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to resolve manufacturing issue A Blue Chip Retailer is calling all top academic achievers Be part of a master brain team who builds technology to better business Opportunity of a life time. REQUIREMENTS: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred You should be: Comfortable using technology and be able to explain it to others Able to solve problems creatively and efficiently Quality focussed Able to manage time well and handle multiple projects simultaneous Able to manage job pressure well Detail focussed as we work with sensitive data and critical business systems Pedantically accurate Able to communicate very well with different people - interpersonal, written and public speaking Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering R8000.00 to R10000.00
