We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial Gas Administrator . The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including debtors and Invoicing, within the context of our client’s industrial gas services. This position requires strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a preference for candidates with previous experience in the industrial gas sector or supplying of industrial gas cylinders industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process debtors as part of overall administrative duties. Handle the invoicing process for industrial gas services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures. Maintain meticulous administrative records related to industrial gas operations. Utilise excellent organisational skills to manage and coordinate tasks efficiently. Provide support and collaboration with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in administration, with a focus on debtors and invoicing as part of broader responsibilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Previous experience in a similar sector is highly preferred. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in relevant software for administrative tasks. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision in all tasks.
