Standardizing processes and procedures across all departments in the supply chain : administration , warehouses , Consignment depots and production . Process data and generate production-ready information for use in all scm departmentsconduct time & motion studies across all departments , establish baseline and then targets with head of supply chain & procurement Determine optimised processes order entry ,Purchase orders and sales orders creation Administration production ,warehousing , logistics processes for manufacturing orders and warehousing and distribution Provide technical feedback to scm head on measurable progress made on a monthly basis Develop systems & visualization for improved data handling and offer measurable alternatives to identified bottlenecks in the supply chain to speed up total throughput Ability to design demand forecasting models using data analytics tools including advanced excel Oversee Root Cause analysis processes across the supply chain Assist with redesign and improvement of a tqm system in both an administration and operations environment including warehousing ,transportation and manufacturing. A key focus must be to help improve first pass yield across all departments Analyze and improve our business workflow and cycle times throughput across all departments in the supply chain. with measurable metrics that includes: Design and writing of standard Operating Procedures for Transport inbound & outbound optimization ) Route, production, sourcing , Order2Cash , Sourcing , Procurement ,Warehousing & distribution and Inventory Process design . BEng Honours or BSc Honours Industrial Engineering. An MSc would be very advantageous 1-2 years work experience would be a benefit but not a must Good pass rates in subjects including Operations Research , Simulation , Operations Research Practical experience in using SQL, R , Tableau, Qlick sense , PowerBI will be a plus with advanced skills using Excel most notable Solver tools a definite advantage Knowledge in using Simulation software is required
