MCG Group are seeking IT Soecialist Recruitment Consultants with a history of proven billing and client relationship success to join our Recruitment Hub in Durban. In this role, you'll be spearheading recruitment efforts for the EMEA region, bringing together exceptional talent and clients. This is a Hybrid Opportunity and you will be required to be in the Offices In Umhlanga 3 days a week As our Business Development and Recruitment Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of New Business Development, Candidate Sourcing, and client engagement. Your mission is to proactively generate business from both new and existing clients. Principal Accountabilities: Research and build a strong client base, focusing on recruitment needs for the EMEA region. Business development Engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements. Build and maintain client relationships Source high-quality candidates and build strong candidate pools Coordinate interviews, travel arrangements, and visa processing for candidates. Strong experience in technology recruiting, specifically in IT, Data Centre, Fintech, and telecoms or tech-enabled solutions spaces. Experience in dealing with clients & candidates on an international level Having experience and a client base in Africa & or the Middle East advantageous History of successful billing in previous roles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds. Adaptability, accountability, and a drive to succeed Experience in utilizing international recruitment methodologies and best practices to attract and retain top talent.
