As an individual you understand fast pace, pressure environments and are able to pivot and prioritise work functions to exceed performance expectations. Candidate Sourcing via various channels, identifying & attract top IT latent, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn & internal databases Screening & Interviewing conducting screening interviews, assessing candidate technical skills, experience & commercial details Client Management work closely with volume accounts and consultancy clients, understanding recruitment needs and delivering suitable candidates timeously Job Matching matching candidates to appropriate job openings based on skills, experience and career aspirations Pipeline, Candidate & Database Management maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent, managing accurate talent pools & pipelines Market research keeping abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks & technological advancements to better serve our clients & candidates Compliance ensuring recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, data protection and standards Requirements 3 years Experience in IT recruitment, preferable within an agency / RPO setting Technical knowledge of IT roles, skills & technologies Volume Recruitment experience in managing high volume accounts Excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong proficiency in IT using recruitment software, ideally Vincere and Microsoft Office Suite Strong ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients & candidates Able to problem solve, use initiative and show high levels of tenacity & resilience Essential to be based in Durban, KZN.
