We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team in the insurance industry. As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, as well as managing existing client relationships. Your main goal will be to effectively explain insurance policies to clients, offer suitable coverage based on their needs, and ultimately close sales to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various insurance products and policies Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients' insurance requirements and provide suitable coverage options Explain policy details, including terms, conditions, and exclusions, to clients in a clear and professional manner Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and timely follow-ups Negotiate premiums and coverage terms with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue targets Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings Requirements Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar role Mininum Matric or Higher Qualification Own Laptop Internet Valid Drivers Reliable Vehicle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
