As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. From assisting walk-in customers to handling inquiries over the phone and email, your primary focus will be on providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Assist walk-in, telephonic, and email customers with product inquiries and information. Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs effectively. Quotations and Invoicing: Prepare and deliver quotations to customers. Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Supplier Liaison: Communicate and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Negotiate terms with suppliers to optimize costs. Importing of Products: Manage the importing process of products, ensuring compliance with regulations. Coordinate with relevant authorities and logistics teams for smooth import operations. Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies. Marketing Support: Assist in marketing activities, including promotional material. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility. Requirements: Grade 12 Own vehicle Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using relevant software for quotations, invoicing, and stock management
