Specializing in aftermarket solutions, they're all about problem-solving Be part of this dynamic and expanding, Internal Sales Team. Key Responsibilities: Sales: - Meet monthly sales targets aligned with the budget. - Improve quote-to-conversion ratio. - Efficiently utilize SAP and Business Information Reports. Customers: - Maintain a high call rate in the market. - Confirm details of at least 10 customers monthly. - Secure 2 new or reactivated customers each month. - Utilize SAP and Business Information Reports effectively. Quotes: - Accurately log lost-sales opportunities. - Identify ways to enhance sales conversion rate. - Achieve monthly targets for quote output. - Maintain a quote conversion rate above 50%. - Proactively explore alternative order fulfillment options. - Make efficient use of SAP and Business Information Reports. Job Requirements: - Matric - Minimum 2 years experience in a technical earth-moving environment (i.e: construction equipment, mining machinery). - Basic knowledge of SAP (advantageous). Personal Attributes: - Problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction, especially in challenging situations. - Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with team members and customers. - Strong attention to detail and pursuit of perfection. - Calmness under pressure and efficient task completion.
