Key Responsibilities: Sales Goals: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets aligned with the budget. Enhance the quote-to-conversion ratio to boost overall sales performance. Customer Engagement: Maintain a high call rate to ensure active market presence. Confirm the details of at least 10 customers each month. Secure a minimum of 2 new or reactivated customers monthly. Quotation Management: Accurately log lost-sales opportunities for future reference. Identify and implement strategies to improve the sales conversion rate. Meet and surpass monthly targets for quote output. Maintain a quote conversion rate of over 50%. Proactively seek out alternative order fulfillment options to maximize sales opportunities. Utilize SAP and Business Information Reports effectively to enhance decision-making. Job Requirements: Matric with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment (dealing with products such asGround Engaging Tools-GET, Under Carriage Parts (Chain-Link Drives), Engine Repair Parts (Pistons, Cylinders, Pumps), Earth-moving tyres, Oils & Lubricants, Buckets, Workshop Repairs. Basic knowledge of SAP (advantageous) and computer literate. Personal Attributes: Energetic with a great personality. Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with team members and customers. Problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction, especially in challenging situations. Strong attention to detail and pursuit of perfection. Calmness under pressure and efficient task completion.
