Internal Sales Consultant - Cape Town City Centre

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our inventory of vehicle spare parts, including features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable spare parts.
  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Order Processing: Arrange and handle orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of spare parts.
  • Negotiation: Handle price negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with potential and existing customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a matric or relevant qualification.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in designing and marketing.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Must be fluent in English and an additional language.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of vehicle spare parts.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
