Provide support to the Senior Accounts Manager and Specialist Sales Consultants. Serve as a customer liaison by preparing all quotes, update sales activity and numbers, do forecasting, reporting, and planning. Manage diaries and schedule appointments. Account support: Accounts creation; vetting and query management Administrative support Ensure Management of accounts with BDCs Proposals and Order Creation Prepare all documentation for Tenders to submit Ensure all paperwork and relevant documentation is in line with requirements Qualify new leads Liaise with Logistics for Cross Border Opportunities Liaise with Procurement for pricing on deals for export Daily follow ups with Customers and order generation Build & develop customer centric capability: Continuously improve processes and the customer experience Customer Relationship Management: Support BDCs in building and sustain mutually beneficial relationships Customer liaison Ability to handle all customer queries and complaints. Planning: Track and evaluate results Update sales reports and activities and forecast reporting Manage diaries With the BDC's submit weekly reports on order progress and quotes Takes full responsibility for the supply chain of all orders from quote to delivery Matric and/or Post Matric qualification 2-3 years' sales support and customer service experience in the Steel Industry Steel product knowledge nice to have Experience working on SAGE X3 or SAP Experience in Export and Cross Border Business will be highly beneficial Customer service centric Results driven and customer focused Market related
