This position is based in Industries West, Germiston, close to Rand Airport. Matric and 3 - 5 years exports experience with specific emphasis on road and sea freight Exports experience into African countries is essentialManage all assigned export accounts and administration requirements and generate profit through the effective selling and marketing of the range and other related product to Africa and the worldQuoting all assigned accountsSales in accordance with budgeted requirements for areasGrow the Export customer baseQuoting all customers in appointed marketsReconciliation of debtorsReconciliation, payment and commission accrualsBack up / support of Export Controller when required back up / support to Export Traders when requiredKey Account managementBooking orders and following Export procedures Reconciliation of Credit InsurersSet up meetings and booking of Hotels, Air tickets and car hire for business tripsKeeping accurate account of FX given to Sales RepsSound knowledge of export procedureSound knowledge of country specific requirements (inspection, fumigation, routing, GPS, etc.)Sound knowledge of Export Documentation SoftwareFull working knowledge of export department procedures, from inquiry to payment completionSound knowledge of export payment procedures (TT, Letter of Credit, etc.)Sound knowledge of company policySound knowledge of export customer base and customer specific requirementsExport experience with be advantageous Monthly plus Basic salary, medical aid, provident fund, 13th cheque
