INTERNAL SALES REP - Cape Town Region
Minimum requirements:
Matric
Proven experience in sales in a similar parts automotive role
Sales
Engage proactively with customers via email or phone to convey promotions, awareness campaigns, and market current product lines
Achieve monthly sales targets
Sales Backorders
Efficiently update and manage backorders
Regularly check and promptly release backorders
Customer Service
Address potential account problems and credit issues, providing prompt feedback to customers
Administration
Attend mandatory sales meetings
Attend to staff accounts
Actively participate in biannual stock-takes
