Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years experience within the steel and / or weighbridge industry

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information
Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide assistance to the sales team when needed
Respond to customer inquiries and requests for product information, availability, and pricing in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of sales contracts, agreements, and related documents, ensuring that they are properly filed and organised
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are available to fulfill customer orders and coordinate with relevant teams to replenish stock as needed
Prepare and send price quotations to potential customers based on their requirements and pricing guidelines
