DUTIES:- Dealing telephonically with clients for incoming orders
- Taking enquiries and following up on queries from clients
- Assisting sales reps with orders
- Urgent sourcing and checking for relevant stock
- Ordering of stock
- Continual follow up with clients on eta and orders in progress
- Building solid long-term client relationships
- Data capturing and administration duties
- Working in a team environment
