REQUIREMENTS- Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous
- 2-3 years administration experience with processes and procedures
- Excellent communications skills, written and face to face
- Independent worker that takes personal responsibility of their work portfolio
- Own Transport and drivers license Essential
DUTIES- Following up on quotations.
- Answering incoming queries on product offerings
- Daily update of CRM system
- Updating of stock reports
- General admin
- Assisting external sales representatives with quotations and admin.
- Working out quotes and sending proposals to clients timeously
- Follow up with clients to make sure they are happy with after sales service
- Understand company product offerings
- Open communication with other relevant departments
- Abide by company disciplinary code
