INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE PPE Equipment Witbank CTC - R 15 000 plus commission Maintain a client base per rep in your team Ensure quotes are completed and send within 4 hours or 24 hours for items that need be sourced Ensure that the pricing is accurate Follow up on quotes within 24 hours of it being send and again within a further 24hour period if the customer has not yet decided Have concise and clear communication with reps in your team regarding client’s requirements Arrange visits for reps Tele sale to customers on a regular basis To ensure that the overflow is handed over Objectives and Responsibilities To promote new business through an organised and outgoing prospecting system To investigate and maintain an up to date and competitive customer recording system To report any significant competitive activity in your territory To investigate new lines that may sell well in your area with a view to perhaps adding to Companies range To approach all situations with the organisation’s point of view and welfare in mind To ensure that all orders are completed in 7 days or the date the client requires To submit weekly an accurate and comprehensive report detailing your activities, problems, and opportunities To submit orders prior 15h00 for the next day’s delivery To follow up with any outstanding orders in dispatch Log and immediately attend to customer complaints and see to it that appropriate action is taken by the relevant department All calls/quotes/correspondence to be uploaded on Microsoft planner daily Performance based Assessments To achieve the sales target which is set by management and agreed by you If you do not achieve your quarterly target two quarters in a row, the failure to reach the target will be constructed as sufficient grounds for dismissal General Always be on time To have the ability to take responsibility for performance of duties. To be able to organise and prioritise work. To be able to communicate with clients and co-workers To offer superior service to clients. To assist to keep the appearance of office neat and tidy. Teamwork Assist management with any other reasonable requests Your overtime should be limited Proficient in Afrikaans Reside in Witbank
