Role for a Internal Sales Representative on East Rand Receive calls and faxes/e-mails from customers regarding sales enquiries for the orders of spares, services and workshop related queries Processing of job cards and queries into quotes and orders Accurate quotation and order processing Provide frequent order status feedback to customers. Ensuring internal controls are adhered to regarding all service repair document control and billing processes. Handling telephonic queries in a professional manner. Coordinate and follow-up on deliveries with Warehouse/Logistics team Must have matric with maths 2 years internal sales within techincial enviroment Working technical pump knowledge advantage Extensive customer interaction from a sales and service perspective R200k - R180k p/a
