Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Specialist to join the Port Elizabeth team, · Capture sales orders, · Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to meet their needs. · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. · Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers and promote sales. · Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing product specifications, applications, and troubleshooting. · Grade 12 · Sales / Technical qualification preferred, · Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or related roles, preferably in the electrical industry. · Strong understanding of electrical products and electrical components. · Proven sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships. · Strong administration skills, · Proficient in MS Office,
