If you have a passion for travel and are driven by data, we encourage you to apply now Qualifications: Complete BCom Accounting Currently studying towards CIMA Skills: Advanced Excel essential Syspro Power BI Job description: Implement improvement processes and systems to control stock accuracy across 6 manufacturing plants Write and maintain accurate procedures for all inventory control processes and functions. Manage control measures to eliminate mistakes, inaccuracies, and discrepancies. Perform cyclic stock checks and keep a note of company's inventory shortfalls and surplus regularly for replenishment. Provide routine management information on inventory levels, consumption, and costs. Coordinate with Finance to ensure all products are properly taken into account in the cost of sales and inventory costs. Liaise closely and communicate regularly with suppliers, customers, and internal functional departments such as Procurement, Production, Warehouse and Sales. Prepare and/or review tax and vat returns, journal entries, and monthly audit files. Assist with fixed assets when necessary. Perform forecasts on new or existing projects and review new systems and procedures in finance. Assist with month-end procedures. Review monthly income statements and investigate any issues noted.
