You will be responsible for providing overall leadership and ownership of the back-office administration function, staff and inventory management Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures Inspect levels of stock and ensure adequate cover for fulfilment Implement controls to manage inventory, shipment & deliveries Regular reporting against stock levels and accurate forecasting and ranging of mobile devices Management of team performance Preparation of Business Intelligence & Oracle system reports for the business Oversee operations of the Back Office department, set goals and objectives, and ensure these are met Involved in supplier relationships and management of suppliers Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc. Other Requirements Experience in ICT/Telecoms is required to understand the stock levels required to run a profitable business Measure and tracking of internal cost-savings Developing best practice with sourcing suppliers for OEM accessories Drive client Service Level Agreement to ensure service excellence Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills A solid understanding of Back Office & Inventory management function High level of Emotional Intelligence and superior stakeholder management skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Strong administrative skills and meticulous with attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Procurement / Supply Chain Management Knowledge of inventory management software A minimum experience of 3 years in ICT/Telecoms Must have been a Back Office and Inventory Manager for at least 3 years.
